Luxurious Viva Residences in Escazú Soon to be Completed

There seems to be no shortage of confidence in the business and housing sectors in Escazú.

More recent developments in the west end of upscale Escazú seem to hold true to the promise that the economy is alive and well in one of San Jose’s most affluent areas.  As an example, the most recent development under construction is the new and luxurious Viva Residences.

Not only will the three story units feature the ultimate in modern design and function, but the complex will also have its own gymnasium, swimming pool, private lounge and walking paths through an ample green zone area with tall, existing trees – all within a gate guarded community right in the heart of Escazú.

Located directly across the street from the new Spazio Executive Offices and about 200 meters from the Paco Commercial Center, the new Viva Residences are also next to several other newly completed business and retail projects.  The multi-level Prisma Business Center is almost directly across the street with some retail shops on the bottom floor.  Newly opened up a few months ago is the new Plaza Natura shopping center, anchored by an AM-PM market, with retail stores and a restaurant. 

Also, within the last few weeks, a new retail center is almost finished directly next door to the Viva Residences, featuring an Uno Sports center on one end, and a New Balance Gym center on the other end.

Owners of the new Viva Residences will be able to walk to nearly any vital services easily from their centrally located complex.  Nearby are an abundance of choice restaurants, retail stores, and even the expansive Multi-Plaza would be just a 10 to 15 minute walk away.
